๐ Requirements for Valid DMCA Takedown Notices
To ensure prompt processing of your copyright infringement claim, your notice must include all of the following elements. Incomplete submissions will not be acted upon:

- Identification of copyrighted work: Clear description of the original work you claim has been infringed, including titles, registration numbers if available, or URLs to the legitimate source.
- Exact location of infringing material: Specific URL(s) on our website where the allegedly infringing content appears. General descriptions or search terms are insufficient.
- Good faith statement: A declaration that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or applicable law.
- Accuracy statement under penalty of perjury: Confirmation that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or legally authorized to act on their behalf.
- Physical or electronic signature: Your handwritten signature or a legally recognized electronic signature.
Notices that fail to meet these statutory requirements cannot be processed under DMCA safe harbor provisions.
๐ Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe content you submitted was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your full contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- Identification of the removed material and its original location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district (or our operator's district)

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no court action is filed within 10-14 business days, the removed material may be restored.
